TaxPadi Terms of Use — product draft

Draft dated 11 August 2026. Nigerian legal review is required before production use.

Informational estimates

TaxPadi calculators produce estimates based on entered data and versioned assumptions. They are not official assessments, tax filings, legal advice, government approvals or guarantees.

Accounts and social login

You must provide accurate information, protect your password and use only data you are authorized to process. Public registration creates a taxpayer account only. Google and Facebook are optional sign-in methods; linking requires an authenticated account and does not change your role.

Analytics and referrals

Optional first-party analytics measures visits and TaxPadi funnel actions after consent. Referral attribution may connect aggregate registrations and later consented consultations to a professional. Clicking a contact link does not establish or prove a paid engagement.

Professional services and reports

Listed professionals are independent service providers. TaxPadi verification means supplied details were reviewed; it is not government endorsement or guarantee. Digitally approved reports record the professional approval and document hash through TaxPadi, not government approval or filing. Engagement scope and fees are agreed separately.

Acceptable use

Do not probe other accounts, submit malicious content, impersonate another person, misuse referral links, upload secrets or use TaxPadi for unlawful activity.

Changes and availability

Features and draft terms may change before launch. Service availability and calculator accuracy are not guaranteed.
